Delta Marine YachtCenter Policies
Our Service Terms Ensuring Excellence in Marine ServiceAt Delta Marine Yacht Center, we value clarity and transparency in all our interactions. Our comprehensive policies are designed to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and satisfying. Below, you’ll find a summary of our key policies, reflecting our commitment to excellent service and environmental stewardship.
The customer has three (3) calendar days once notified of work completion to pick-up their boat. Lay Day charges of $2.00 per foot per day will start to accrue cumulatively on the fourth day and will include the previous 3 days that would have been complimentary if the boat had been removed. So on day 4 a 50′ boat will owe $400 for an uncovered space. Weekend days are included in the accrual as we maintain the ability to release boats on the weekend.
Any partial day will be charged as a full day as a function of the inability to exactly schedule new replacements given completed boat presence in our facility.
We will remain in communication on the progress of the work completion. We will provide an estimate of completion date at the time of the work estimate and communicate an update to that estimate no later than 24 hours prior to completion. We will always remain receptive to understanding the occurrence of a special situation and trying to accommodate the needs.
